Apply for the Leatherneck Historical Foundation JROTC Scholarship
Students applying for a Flying Leatherneck Historical Foundation JROTC Scholarship
must submit:
- A completed JROTC Dollars for Scholars Application form
(with a typewritten Essay attached),
- A signed and dated Student’s Release and Approval form,
- A minimum of two Teacher Evaluation forms,
(completed by teachers familiar with the student’s scholastic performance and
career potential), and
- An official high school transcript.
Please make sufficient copies of the Teacher Evaluation form to provide one to each teacher
asked to complete your evaluation.
Please also note the deadline for submission is April 25. It is imperative that all Teacher
Evaluation forms be submitted with the application. Do not mail separately.
To ensure a fair and complete evaluation, it is imperative that all forms accompany the
application in one envelope to be received by FLHF no later than:
